MFB 522 Drum Computer

The tiny controls for the many parameters take some time getting used to, but as far as sound is concerned the unit is truly brilliant. Bassdrum, Clap and Toms/Conga can be programmed in two or three variations per pattern. Finally the price makes this unit a no-brainer.

MFB Kraftzwerg Eurorack module

Technisch gleicht er dem Desktopsynthesizer weitestgehend, auf das MIDI/CV-Interface wurde aber verzichtet, dafür sind zwei Multiples hinzugekommen. Die Stromversorgung übernimmt natürlich das Netzteil deines Modularsystems und kein externes Netzteil.
The popular analog syntheiszer KRAFTZWERG is available as an Eurorack module, too. Technically it is pretty much the same as the desktop version but there´s no MIDI/CV-interface....

The faceplate layout is classic, clear and comprehensible. MFB Modul Drum 07 – HiHat/Cymbal 522
Posted on September 10, 2010 | No CommentsAnalog drum module for creating HiHat (open and closed) and cymbal sounds. The circuitry is based on the hi hat-section of MFB´s 522 but instead of white noise a "metallic" mix of oscillator sounds is used. Following parameters can be edited: tune (for all three instruments), decay of open hi hat, decay of closed hi hat, decay of cymbal, tone of cymbal.
