The Harmonàig features a signal input with bipolar attenuator. It processes signals in the range from -10 V to +10 V. – That’s a note span of 20 octaves. A fader allows you to transpose incoming signals.
On the output side, there are four CV connectors emitting root notes, thirds, fifths and seventh. Again, the range of operation is -10 V to +10 V respectively 20 octaves. Each channel comes equipped with its own slew knob. Thus, you can add Portamento to individual notes. Furthermore, a gate output was implemented.
Potentiometers give access to inversion and voicing. Both parameters can be voltage controlled as well. In detail, you may choose between root position and first to third inversion as well as open, closed or one of two uneven voicings.
Harmonàig is delivered with lots of pre-programmed chord types. In addition, you can define four note combinations yourself. Thanks to a button keyboard, programming chords is very easy. – Plus, you can play the module directly via the keyboard. For choosing between chord types, there is a potentiometer and a CV input. The following note combinations are available ex works:
- -∆7: Minor major 7
- O: Diminished 7
- Ø: Minor 7♭5
- -7: Minor 7
- 7: Dominant 7
- ∆7: Major 7
- +∆7: Augmented major 7
- +7: Augmented 7
